following conditions, but if he does not have the path and the power to go to

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
"And the right to Allah is that people who are able to
reach this house should perform Hajj. And whoever disbelieves, Allah is
ungrateful to all the world. "
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
((My country is Zaidah al-Wahl al-Fitrah, al-Bhatullah waam
al-Hajj, False in Yemen, and Nazarene, Vizilk in
Allah-Ahl-e-Ahl-e-Ahl-e-Al-Salat ())
"Whoever is the owner of the path and the ride, who
reaches him to Beth-Allah and does not perform Hajj, then there is no
difference whether he is a Jew or a Christian." And it is because Allaah
Almighty said in his book: "The pilgrimage of Beth-Allah is upon those
people for those who are able to reach it.
